Your Impact The Field & Customer Marketing Associate is responsible for the administrative and logistical coordination of the Customer & Global Field Marketing teams. This role serves as a vital support system, focusing on the seamless execution of events, sponsorships, trade shows, and special projects. By managing timelines, coordinating with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Finance), and overseeing event logistics, the Associate ensures our brand is represented professionally and strategically across all platforms What You'll Do: - Administrative Support: Provides administrative support as needed and assists with assigned special projects. - Logistics Administration and Coordination : Helps with the coordination of key administrative items such as maintaining the primary events calendar, shipping, campaign (event) details, registration lists, expenses, design requests, website updates (related to Events), and other details needed for regional, industry and customer events/programs. - Customer Program Support: Assist in the development and execution of community-driven programs such as virtual roundtables, user workshops, customer appreciation and advocacy programs. - Event...
