Job Details Responsible for planning and overseeing technical initiatives to ensure completion in a timely manner and within budget. Responsible for organizing and controlling resources and processes to achieve technical project/program objectives within scope, time, quality and budget constraints. Advises on scope changes, quality assurance and other technical aspects of the project, requiring advanced knowledge within the specific area. Provides technical organizational leadership in area(s) of specialization in order to meet business needs in compliance with strategic priorities. Offers direction and oversight to project managers in the execution of projects and provides guidance on technical issues.
