The successful candidate will work on a wide range of high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a 360 degree approach spanning from project financing, M&A, project development, project contracts to legal due diligence exercise on the full set of energy and infrastructure assets in Italy and abroad. Our Project, Energy and Infrastructure Team consists of highly industry specialized lawyers, recognized among the best for their areas of expertise.
