Job description

Responsibilities: - Act as the main contact for customers and manage daily communication. - Manage the full order cycle from order entry to delivery in SAP. - Monitor orders, shipments, stock levels, and delivery performance. - Handle order deviations, urgent requests, and service issues. - Cooperate with sales, supply chain, and production teams. - Monitor customer credit limits and report risks or disputes. - Proactively anticipate customer needs and prevent service issues.
