Position Number: 22185329 Location: Blanchard Springs State Park -PT73 County: Stone: Anticipated Starting Salary: $69,395.04 annual salary Special Site Responsibilities: This position oversees operations at a unique and highly sensitive resource site that includes Blanchard Springs Caverns, a protected living cave system of significant geological, biological, cultural, and historical importance. The role requires close coordination with partner agencies to ensure the long term preservation, protection, and responsible public access of the cave and associated resources. In addition to the caverns, the site includes a developed recreation area featuring a spring-fed lake, campground, swimming access, and day-use facilities. The successful candidate will balance resource protection with exceptional visitor experience by ensuring safe operations, high quality maintenance standards, and effective collaboration with internal staff and external partners.
