Job Description: Position Overview The ITAO is responsible for the entire application lifecycle management of a single or multiple application instances. The ITAO must ensure that the applications are enhanced and maintained in accordance with the Bank’s IT Policy requirements. Responsibilities: Engage and manage multiple main stakeholders to ensure regulatory application compliance, smooth operations, and a sound development lifecycle. (Including Business, Security, Development, Test (QA), IT Support, Finance, external Vendors and Architecture) Ensure the application is compliant with the companies IT policies, based on regulatory requirements Be accountable for a high service availability and stability, while continuously managing projects for maintenance or enhancements of the application Raise tickets and priorities these for the development team as a stakeholder in an AGILE-SCRUM environment Support further development by ensuring availability and stability of all relevant environment stages (INT, UAT (User Acceptance Test), PROD) Live and facilitate a DevOps approach by setting up monitoring, configuring deployment-automation tools, preparing software packages, raising, and i...
