Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 15 years of professional experience in product management. - 5 years of experience leading AI/ML products or venture-backed startups. - Experience building and scaling "agentic" systems or AI-native developer tools. Preferred qualifications: - Proven ability to operate in a forward deployed capacity to understand deep technical requirements. - Ability to thrive in ambiguity, challenge the status quo, and exhibit a builder mentality that prioritizes shipping and learning. - Expertise in the "Venture Studio" model or as an "Entrepreneur in Residence". - Deep technical fluency in the AI stack, including TPU, JAX, RL, inference serving, and open-source (OSS) model optimization. - Track record of launching $1B+ revenue products.
