Elase has joined with Phoenix's own DermaHealth and is expanding our brand in Arizona. JOB SUMMARY: The Area Manager is a passionate supporter and leader of our Elase Clinics. This person is integral to the success of our spa locations in the Tampa region and is accountable for driving our business to consistent KPI targets, sales growth and positive EBITDA results. This position has an elevated level of business acumen, leadership abilities, and a strong background in sales and operations. This person is a seasoned leader with multi-unit management experience, specifically leading leaders, and service providers. This position reports to our Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations.
