Overview Pay: $20hr: New Hire Sign on Bonus: The Direct Support Professional I (DSP I) - Children's Congregate Care provides direct care and supervision to youth in YOU, Inc.’s 24/7 acute and congregate residential care programs . Working as part of a multidisciplinary team and under the direction of a Shift Supervisor, the DSP I helps create and maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment that supports emotional growth, stability, and positive behavioral change for children and adolescents with complex needs. This position is considered an essential role and may require working beyond scheduled shifts or reporting during declared states of emergency to maintain required staffing ratios.
