Essential Duties & Responsibilities Strategic Event Leadership: - Manage corporate meetings with 15 or fewer guestrooms. - Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring seamless communication and execution. - Develop and execute detailed event plans, timelines, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). - Oversee on-site execution to ensure all event components meet or exceed expectations. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering creative solutions and enhancements. - Handle VIP clients and sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion. - Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of any concerns. Revenue Generation & Financial Oversight: - Maximize total revenue through strategic upselling of food & beverage, audiovisual, and event enhancements. - Review contracts, billing, and final invoices for accuracy and completeness. - Support forecasting, pace reporting, and revenue strategy initiatives.
