SyncVR Medical is building Europe’s leading XR platform for healthcare, already used in 200+ hospitals to improve patient care and staff efficiency. Originally developed for cancer patients, our solution has evolved into a scalable platform delivering measurable clinical and financial impact. Now, after 7 years of growth in Europe and with our international expansion underway — including our launch in Texas — we are looking for a Business Development Manager - Pediatrics to help drive adoption of our solutions within children’s hospitals and pediatric care settings. Tasks: Your focus will be on building and scaling SyncVR Medical in the US, starting in Houston, Texas, with a focus on pediatric care. - Drive New Revenue (Pediatrics): Identify, approach, and close partnerships with children’s hospitals, pediatric departments, and key clinical stakeholders, with a focus on the Texas Medical Center. - Own Business Development: Lead outbound efforts and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. - Navigate Complex Sales Cycles: Manage multi-stakeholder hospital sales processes and drive deals to completion. - Lead Value-Based Selling: Position SyncVR’s XR platform as a cli...
