Job description

We are a provider of specialized fund administration services for Managers and General Partners of private equity funds, specifically: Buy‐out, Venture Capital, Real Estate and Fund‐of‐ Funds. For new General Partners, we provide consulting services to help accelerate the launch of their funds in addition to our full fund administration services. For established General Partners, we provide administration services and technology to whole fund families or select funds, to help scale their fund operations rapidly and efficiently. Standish Management is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our internal recruiting team. This position will work closely with internal operations, HR, and varying cross-functional teams. You'll be tasked with supporting our recruiters with scheduling and administration, creating new ideas and process improvements, and enhancing communication between teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
