Your role We are looking for a Technical Manager within our Manufacturing team in Castelgomberto , who will report to the Plant Manager and be part of the plant One team, working closely with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams. This is a leadership role, in which you will be responsible for overseeing the Engineering and Maintenance departments within the manufacturing facility. This position ensures the factory's technical operations, including equipment, machinery, and infrastructure, are reliable, efficient, and aligned with production goals, safety standards, and quality requirements. The Technical Manager will lead a team of engineers and maintenance staff, driving a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. What you will do: - Maintenance & Reliability Management : Oversee all maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of all factory equipment and assets.
