The Compliance, Integrity, and Audit Leader is responsible for auditing the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company’s compliance and execution of programs. This role ensures adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best ethical practices Global travel is required to conduct audits at area offices or field sites. - Audit and assess organizational compliance with applicable laws, standards, and internal policies. - Lead and validate the implementation of new regulatory requirements and updates to existing policies. - Track and report audit findings, corrective actions, and closure timelines. - Ensure policies are effectively communicated and accessible to staff across the organization. - Identify compliance Integrity and emerging risks; recommend and support mitigation strategies. - Work cross-functionally with Legal, Operations, HSE, and IT teams to investigate and address compliance breaches in a timely and effective manner - Provide regular reports to management on audit findings, compliance trends, and risk indicators. - Lead a Recommends Process Improvements Team Workshop to enhance the safe work practices - A...
