Mercury Systems is seeking a motivated Operations Coordinator Co-op to join our Oxnard team to resolve work order delays and assist the department with improved schedule adherence. Co-Op timeframe from July - December 2026 Job Responsibilities: - Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate the movement of materials between departments to maintain schedules. - Internal Workflow Coordination: Ensure the seamless movement of products and materials between internal departments, including manufacturing, assembly, quality assurance, and the internal shipping preparation area. - Production Tracking and Monitoring. - Scheduling and Planning Support: Collaborate closely with the planning and production teams to distribute production schedules, monitor progress against plans, and communicate potential internal delays to the relevant department supervisors. - Internal Problem-Solving and Escalation: Identify and quickly flag production bottlenecks or workflow problems within the facility.
