Job Description Overview: The AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Director, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Center of Excellence (CoE) that will lead the evolution of the EPM in the context of the broader financial systems landscape. The director will define and govern the organization’s global EPM strategy, capabilities, and roadmap. This role leads a centralized CoE responsible for financial planning, consolidation, management reporting and analytics tools – leveraging Oracle EPM Cloud and embedded AI capabilities to enable insight-driven decision-making and streamlined financial close across the business. The Director partners closely with Finance teams, IT, Data & Analytics teams, and business stakeholders to standardize processes, optimize technology, and embed best practices across the EPM ecosystem.
