The opportunity The Senior Compensation Program Manager is a lead-level strategist responsible for the integrity, evolution, and application of Unity’s global market positioning. This role is a dual-focus position: acting as an Internal Insights Expert to synthesize global compensation trends into actionable strategy, and serving as the Technical Architect driving the execution phase of our global Job Architecture redesign. We are looking for a robust compensation expert who can navigate a fast-paced environment, provide hands-on leadership on new and midstream projects, and build AI-leveraged tools necessary to scale our infrastructure. You will be a key partner to Recruiting and a trusted advisor to Compensation leadership, ensuring Unity’s pay structures are data-driven, competitive, and built to scale.
