Today AmTrust International underwrites over $1.8 billion of gross written premiums and employs more than 1500 employees globally. We are currently looking for a Talent Experience & Development Specialist to join our team based out of our London office. The role will be reporting to the Head of Talent Experience & Development focusing on delivering engaging learning interventions across leadership, professional and capability development, using a mix of virtual and face-to-face formats. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and line managers to understand development needs and translate them into practical, relevant learning solutions aligned to business priorities. Alongside formal learning delivery, you will contribute to talent experience and engagement initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development milestones and engagement activity.
