Join us as a Registered Nurse (RN) - Neuro/Surgical Intensive Care Unit - FULL Time position at Flowers Hospital! Unit: Neuro/Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) Shift: 3x 12 hour shifts | 7pm - 7am | Rotating Weekend Schedule Student Loan Contribution: Up to 20k Other incentives include: Medical, Vision, Dental, 401k match & more available for Full and Part-Time roles Department: The Neuro/Surgical ICU is a 6-bed critical care unit focused on high-acuity neurological and post-surgical patients, including stroke, traumatic brain injuries, and post-operative recoveries. The unit provides advanced monitoring, including ventilator management and invasive lines, in a fast-paced environment. The 6-bed ICU is structurally designed to allow for visibility of all patients from a centralized nurses station, promoting a high level of teamwork and collaboration in patient care. Its smaller size fosters a close-knit, team-oriented atmosphere while allowing nurses to develop strong critical care and neuro assessment skills.
