Location We are hiring for this role to be based in the United States or Canada. This is a remote role unless you fall within the following parameters. If you live within approximately 50 miles of our San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT office, the position follows a hybrid schedule with in-office days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. About the Role: GC AI is hiring a Technical and Product Enablement Specialist to own the systems, tools, and reporting infrastructure that power our Customer Success and Support teams. You'll build and maintain the operational backbone that lets CS and Support leaders make data-driven decisions, track performance, and scale efficiently. This is a hands-on IC role where you'll manage platforms and processes. What You'll Do: - Own the Customer Success stack from tool selection to configuration to optimization. No committee approvals, no waiting on a platform team. You pick it, you build it, you run it. - Build the data layer that drives customer decisions. Dashboards, health scores, performance metrics: CS and Support leaders will run their orgs off what you create. - Define the KPIs that matter , not just report on them.
