Wallace is hiring a Primary Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join their team in Portland, OR to serve as an empaneled PCP, providing full scope, longitudinal primary care for patients across the lifespan in a supportive, team-based clinic environment. Key Details: About Wallace: Wallace is a not for profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with over 40 years of service in the Portland metro area. We provide comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health care, centered in compassion, dignity, and culturally responsive practice.
