College Partnership Operations Director

Job description

As the College Partnership Operations Director, you will serve as a project manager and implementation lead for the enrollment services that are sold, requiring ongoing communication with the campus enrollment staff and College Raptor Account Executives to construct and continuously ensure successful deliverables to clients. These services include a next-generation net price calculator, InsightFA®, FinanceFirst®, predictive modeling, financial aid leveraging, and student lead generation services. Primary responsibilities include: Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials - Communication with clients to gather the necessary information to deliver contracted services. - Work with clients and internal staff to implement products and services. - Track implementation and collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful implementation. - Enhance current products and services and assist in the development of new enrollment services. - Bachelor's Degree required; Graduate Degree preferred - Demonstrated success in enrollment management (assistant director or above in admissions, financial aid, enrollment management at an accredited higher education ins...
