The CRO Change team supports the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) function in managing risks more effectively by driving targeted change initiatives, streamlining risk management processes, and implementing tailored solutions that enable smooth organisational adoption. Within the CRO Change department, the Risk Transformation group focuses on the implementation of strategic CRO initiatives and is responsible for leading and coordinating projects across Market Risk, Treasury Risk, and Credit Risk domains.
