What You Will Do: Responsibilities - Support the Customer Service team through coaching and training. - Monitor the Customer service queue and call center for issue. - Effectively identifies priorities, inform the team of any change, communicate processes to achieve excellent results. - Identifies customer needs, satisfies customer requests, and resolves customer complaints and concerns.
