Role Summary We are seeking a highly capable HR Systems Administrator to help strengthen and scale our HR technology ecosystem, particularly our ADP platform. This role blends HRIS expertise, payroll operational knowledge, and systems thinking to ensure our people systems are accurate, efficient, and continuously improving. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building better processes, connecting systems, solving complex problems, and partnering with HR, Finance, and IT to deliver a reliable employee experience. The ideal candidate is both technically sharp and people-savvy: someone who understands payroll mechanics, thinks critically about system design, and communicates effectively with stakeholders.
