For Earth For Life BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION: The Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer plays a key role in identifying, analyzing, reporting, and resolving product defects and quality issues in Kubota machines. This position is responsible for coordinating quality reporting activities, leveraging market data, and collaborating with manufacturing and engineering teams to implement effective solutions. The Senior QA Engineer will oversee rework, recall, inspection, and parts validation activities. This role requires occasional travel to customer and dealer locations to assess failures, determine repair processes, identify root causes, and report findings to the QA department. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures, and guidelines: - Monitor warranty and field failure reports to detect product issues and analyze trends using data analytics. - Coordinate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve identified product defects, implementing corrective and preventive actions. - Record non-conformances in the quality management system. - M...
