As a business partner the aim is to provide better insights through analysis, reporting and active communication . Evaluate changing market conditions within the bakery market and analyze our commercial effectiveness to drive growth and profitability. Have ownership and governance of the profit & loss and help to manage the budget and forecasting process to provide strategic support to the commercial team (Sales and marketing).
