We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join our team and provide high-quality clinical care and support to our valued veterans. What You’ll Be Doing: As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll deliver clinical nursing care and support tailored to each client’s individual needs. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering safe and effective nursing care in accordance with care plans and clinical guidelines - Administering medications and monitoring for reactions or side effects - Performing wound care, vital signs monitoring, and catheter care as needed - Assisting with chronic disease management and monitoring health conditions - Collaborating with other health professionals to ensure a coordinated care approach - Supporting clients with personal care and mobility where required - Providing health education and promoting client independence - Accurately documenting care, observations, and any changes in client conditio...
