JOB SUMMARY: The Production Supervisor of Industrial Wiring and Electrical Assembly will join our company. As the Production Supervisor, you are responsible for managing workflow and overseeing other members of the Industrial Wiring and Electrical Assembly department. The Production Supervisor will also develop and implement optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards. Additional duties include making recommendations and implementing improvements to wiring processes and methods. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Directly manage a team of Industrial Wiring Technicians and Electrical Assemblers - Ensure the quality of workmanship for the Industrial Wiring and Electrical Assembly departments - Instruct, review and guide the team and correct problems; answers questions from team members - Provide training to new employees - Evaluate Staff performance; prepare and conduct employee performance Reviews - Reviews drawings, instructions, prints and samples to ensure accurate production - Reads and follows electrical schematics to assemble and wire finished products - Mount assembled components, such as transformers, re...
