We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partner Success Specialist to serve as a key liaison between our Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs) and partner accounts. This role will be the primary point of contact for our Partner Account and will be critical in driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sales growth by managing partner accounts, activities, facilitating internal processes, and deepening customer relationships. JOB DUTIES: - Account Management & Sales Support - Serve as the primary support for Outside Sales Reps, addressing high-level customer inquiries and assisting in account management to maximize revenue & gross margin on assigned book of business. - Prepare and manage quotes, proposals, and business reviews to support the sales process. - Conduct customer research to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and account growth (eg cross sell, margin expansion, revenue growth) - Sales Operationsl Excellence - Manage Salesforce data, including account updates, pipeline tracking, and reporting to support sales representatives. - Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution. - Analyze s...
