Job Description Europcar Australia has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our Fleet team in a full time capacity based in Head Office, Tullamarine Victoria. Reporting to the Head of Fleet, this role is responsible for supporting Roadside service to our customer network across Australia and New Zealand, and providing administrative support to the On Road Support team in their daily activities. Some of the key responsibilities include: Support Roadside service to customer network across AU & NZ Support call handling KPIs for Roadside service with maximum customer service in mind Support effective use of Manufacturer Roadside service and working as required with manufacturer for improvement Assist with Fleet Audits for locations as necessary Support in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures as necessary Coordinate the compilation of operational reports as required Provide exceptional customer service in line with and to drive national NPS targets Support the management of out of service units and expedite their return to service to best position the business to meet utilisation and revenue targets Maintain and control the d...
