Job Summary: The Replenishment Operator is responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels throughout the warehouse by replenishing pick locations, supporting inventory control processes, and ensuring order fulfillment timelines are met. This role is key in supporting operational efficiency and inventory accuracy through safe equipment operation and effective use of warehouse systems. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Execute timely and accurate stock replenishment to picking stations per system prompts and schedules. Conduct regular cycle counts and spot checks to verify inventory accuracy; report discrepancies to the inventory control team. Prioritize replenishment tasks based on order volume, urgency, and shipping deadlines. Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and related equipment; inspect and report maintenance issues. Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory movements and update replenishment activities. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out) methods for proper product rotation.
