Currently, we are searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to work at Forest Court Apartment Community in Kenton, OH. Description: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who is HVAC & EPA Certified. This individual must have a strong background in multifamily properties. Experience to include HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical. Duties: The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for directing other staff members.
