Duties and Responsibilities As Spa Attendant, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: - Check and set up the daily operations of the Male / Female changing area according to standards. - Assist rest of team to ensure that they can perform their services professionally and accurately in a timely manner. - Check and revise all public areas ensuring they are kept as per standards. - Greet the guest upon entering the Spa/fitness area. - Serve water and cold/warm towel to the guest upon arrival. - Provide service promptly, courteously and accurately. - Request and collect stock and supply in accordance with minimum stock levels. - Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the section and work unit. - Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are followed as per standards. - Ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition. - Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. - Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
