Description Total Warehouse is looking for a Driver that operates commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT/CDL regulations, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, securing and transporting equipment, and completing delivery documentation. Experienced with flatbed and lowboy trailers, extra-legal loads, and working in all weather conditions, with strong communication and recordkeeping skills. Requirements: Job Responsibilities: - Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete digital DVIRs to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. - Safely maneuver trucks and trailers into loading/unloading positions, assisting with loading and securing equipment using industry-standard methods. - Operate commercial vehicles while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations, including handling extra-legal loads and reading permits. - Maintain accurate records of deliveries and driving hours, reporting discrepancies promptly to dispatch/management. - Communicate effectively with dispatch and on-site contacts via phone, text, or email. - Work in all weather, including extended out of town work, with driver being away from home for one or more consecutive nights at a time may be requi...
