FlexStaff is seeking a Program Manager for our client, a manufacturer of products for the aerospace and defense industry. This role is located 100% onsite in Melville, NY. The ideal candidate will have prior experience leading technical programs with expertise in high‑reliability hardware requirements and RF component design, production, and testing. Responsibilities: - Oversees, directs, and coordinates all activities necessary to successfully execute all approved, assigned programs. - Ensures all programs are executed within the committed timeframe and in line with contractual requirements. - Responsible for program management processes. - Coordination of multiple complex programs. - Critical assessment of process and policy improvements - Conducts Program/Financial reviews. Monitors and controls activities/costs on major programs. - Conducts program status reviews for upper management. Reports both contractual status (technical, schedule, etc.) and financial status. - Manage programs through all phases, from proposal preparation and submission, contract negotiation, baseline, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, qualification, validation, production, and delivery - Coordinate with business manag...
