This position ensures that all equipment runs safely and effectively by providing hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance. The role will lead a dedicated maintenance team, implement best practices to maximize productivity, and reduce downtime, contributing to the organization's operational efficiency and success.
