Job Purpose: The AVP, Client Consulting is responsible for leading a team that provides education, guidance, and support to members of an affinity group interested in purchasing annuities. This individual will establish and manage the operational framework for a new client consulting team, ensuring a high-quality, compliant, and service-oriented experience for members. The AVP will collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, compliance, and technology partners to develop and refine processes that facilitate annuity sales and deliver an exceptional client experience.
