Join our dynamic Employee Success team as the Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Lead and play a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing cross-functional GTM campaigns, channel management, and adoption initiatives, ensuring cohesive execution and measurable impact across the organization. Your leadership will drive engagement, awareness, adoption, and continuous improvement, supporting our mission to make work better for everyone at JPMorganChase. Job Responsibilities: Oversee the strategy, recommendations, and performance management of both digital and traditional channels, ensuring a unified and seamless employee experience across all entry points while advancing the organization’s omni-channel strategy Own the employee communications channel mix and campaign messaging—managing channel inventory, reusable assets, and performance to drive awareness and adoption.
