The core responsibilities of this role include : Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within an assigned department of the facility. This includes Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping / Pack-out, Staging, Order Selecting areas. Additional expectations to be operating forklifts as needed to assist team. Position : Group Coordinator Lead: Shift : 1st Shift, Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm Pay : $21 In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience : -Warehouse, General Labor, Forklift, Quality Control,Material Handler, Machine Operator, Loader/Unloader -A minimum of 2+ years in a progressive role within a supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution environment as a Team Lead, Workflow Planner or other role that requires making decisions and leading other associates in their daily tasks.
