Create your best future and join Westpac as a People Strategy Senior Lead What’s the role?: You’ll play a key role in shaping how Westpac thinks about its people, now and into the future. Working closely with the Chief People Officer and People Leadership Team, you’ll design and maintain the Westpac People Strategy, ensuring alignment with Enterprise priorities. This role turns big-picture thinking into clear, shared direction. It connects the People Strategy narrative to Westpac’s competitive context, translating research and insights into targeted strategy shifts. Clear, compelling written narratives and artefacts help bring the strategy to life, creating shared understanding across leaders and teams. Progress is tracked against key indicators and delivery milestones, while People teams are influenced and supported to sequence and align initiatives to deliver enterprise priorities.
