*** Part Time, Tuesday- Thursday 8:30 A.M.- 12:30 P.M. Summary/Primary Purpose: To answer incoming phone calls, greet incoming clients, donors and assist Social Service Department in determining eligibility and setting appointments for clients with case workers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Greet all incoming clients/visitors in a friendly professional manner. - Answer phone calls in pleasant, courteous manner. - Responsible for directing assistance needed calls and walk-in clients to the appropriate Family Service Programs and/or outside agencies to meet their needs. - Perform general administrative clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, scanning, filing, office supply management for supply orders, etc. - Provide paperwork and information about Pathway of Hope to...
