Job description

MISSION: Following the Group’s internal control framework, policies and procedures: Ensuring the proper implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of internal control processes within the subsidiary. Contributing to risk mitigation, process reliability and compliance with Group standards, acting as a key point of contact with Group Audit & Risk Management (DAR). Applying a strong focus on operational processes, local regulations and compliance. KEY RESPONSABILITIES: INTERNAL CONTROL: Guarantee the distribution of Group’s procedures and making sure they are respected Participate in the organization, supervision and execution of physical inventories, validating results and reporting discrepancies. Validation and follow up of action plans related to the Group’s auto-evaluation questionnaires, Chic Practices (subsidiary), Chic Treasury and Chic Boutique. Annual visits to the stores, preparation of complete Audit reports with necessary measures to adapt in an optimal way the rules established by the Audit Risk Management (DAR) of the Group and local procedures.
