Position Summary: Due to continued organizational growth and increasing regulatory complexity, the Environmental Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Penske’s commitment to operating in an environmentally responsible manner and in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. This position provides consistent, on-the-ground environmental compliance support to field operations and maintenance teams, ensuring corporate environmental programs are implemented effectively and consistently across all applicable operations. This role supports all Penske operational lines, including leasing, logistics, repair, retail, and customer on-site operations. The Environmental Compliance Specialist serves as a primary environmental resource for operations leadership and maintenance staff, supporting regulatory inspections, regulated waste and materials management, storage tank compliance, vendor coordination, training, documentation, and continuous improvement of corporate environmental programs.
