Job description

Position Summary The Senior Project Manager – Professional Services is a customer facing role responsible for managing Vascular Access, Respiratory, Solutions, Consumables and Oncology franchises. Implementation projects for ICU Medical customers as well as managing the overall customer experience. The role leads assigned projects in a project management capacity, as well as presents issues, recommendations, and updates to customers and internal stakeholders on the assigned projects. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide implementation project leadership, organize, and lead team through complex, multidisciplinary projects. - May be involved in larger projects under supervision of Senior Program Manager. - Manage Service Delivery including scope, resources and timelines - Collaborate with customers to identify, communicate and manage engagement risks. - Manage all engagements within predefined performance targets including customer satisfaction and profitability. - Analyze project forecast, timeline, budget, reports, and metrics to ensure project deliverables. - Facilitate contingency planning, project risk assessment, and other decision-making activities on an as needed ba...
