The primary function of an employee in this class is to direct sales activities for sales staff to secure and maintain commitments for product line utilization from current and prospective on and off-premise clients. This will be done through staff management and the modeling of persuasive sales presentations, and product promotion and product distribution demonstrating an awareness of competitive product trends, pricing, and saturation.
