What you'll do: - Lead employee relations cases involving workplace conduct, workplace policy and compliance interpretation, and labor relations - Schedule interviews, gather information, and maintain case documentation - Draft investigation notes, case summaries, and employee correspondence in accordance with firm policies and legal requirements - Identify potential systemic issues, compliance risks, or trends and recommend proactive solutions to strengthen workplace culture and mitigate risk - Respond to routine employee inquiries related to HR policies and workplace issues, escalating matters as ap...
