Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory role. - 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: - MBA or Master's degree. - 4 years of experience in people management. - Knowledge of Google’s Ads products, sales teams, or service operations, and the customer and engaged contexts in which they operate. - Expertise in systems thinking, pattern recognition, and designing improvements for complex internal systems and processes. - Ability to manage executive stakeholder relationships and effectively facilitate complex meetings across multiple functions. - Excellent problem-solving, investigative, and communication skills with the ability to manage large-scale, global efforts with multiple partner teams.
