Licensed as a registered nurse in accordance with Chapter 464, Florida Statutes. Job Description: The Opportunity The Student Health Care Center (SHCC) at the University of Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse I (RN-I) to join our team. As an RN-I at the SHCC, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care within various Primary Care teams. Your responsibilities will include administering treatments and medications, offering patient counseling, and recording vital signs, visual acuity, and Point-of-Care testing results under the guidance of our healthcare providers. In addition, you will have the opportunity to provide independent nursing care to patients, adhering to established nursing guidelines, practice protocols, standing orders, and other clinical duties as assigned.
