This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated to work in a dynamic team and to contribute to our Investment Banking business. This position is within J.P. Morgan’s leading Investment Banking European M&A team, based in Paris. This is a new and exciting opportunity to further grow a new business vertical in partnership with the local Investment Banking and Commercial Banking teams across Europe and globally. As an Associate within the Investment Banking M&A France team, you will be a pivotal player in our business strategy and execution. Your responsibilities will include participating in the "full cycle" of transactional execution including preparing marketing pitches, reviewing and formulating financial analysis, preparing and presenting internal committee memoranda and client presentations. You are expected to implement the execution function including working with analysts and associates, as well as assisting more senior bankers. Most importantly, you will be highly enthusiastic about J.P. Morgan's mission and be driven and committed to its success.
